  • The item is not damaged after delivery

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used beauty products unless the item was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or a refund may be offered instead.
